Bret Groos
Bret has been working with Community Electric since 1990. He started out in the field turning tools and has since worked his way up to a foreman, a jobsite leader and then to president. He purchased Community Electric in 2017 and has been at the head of the ship ever since.

Leo Estrada
Leo has been working for Community Electric since 1990. He started out in the field as a hard worker eventually becoming a foreman then moving up to project manager before becoming VP and head of new construction in 2017.

Summer Szempruch
Summer started at Community Electric in 2012 as an admin assistant, she has since moved up to a senior administrator handling many tasks for the company such as A/P, A/R and book keeping.

Doug has been working for Community Electric since 1994. He started in the field, through hard work ethic he worked his way up to a foreman and ended up becoming an estimator for the company as well as a project manager in 2009.

Delbert Dixon
Delbert has been working for Community Electric since 2014. He started in the field as a service technician eventually becoming a service assistant. Then in 2022 he became a service coordinator and head of special projects.

Rick has been working for Community Electric since 1986. He started in the field working his way up to a foreman then in 2004 became an Estimator and project manager for the company and has the longest track record of being employed with the company.
